Set up a tank
Tap "Set up your tank", enter a name and the water volume, and pick a type (Community, Planted, Shrimp, Betta or Reef). The type sets common starting ranges for each value. Adjust them to your livestock under "Edit Tank".
Tankday: Aquarium Log
Log your water tests in seconds and see every value against your tank's target range. Tankday reads your own nitrate tests and tells you which day the next water change is due and how much water to change.
Tap "Set up your tank", enter a name and the water volume, and pick a type (Community, Planted, Shrimp, Betta or Reef). The type sets common starting ranges for each value. Adjust them to your livestock under "Edit Tank".
Open the tank and tap "Log test". Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH offer the usual test kit color steps as quick picks. Leave a field empty if you did not test it. Tap an entry in "History" to correct it.
From two or more nitrate tests at least a day apart, Tankday measures how fast nitrate rises in your tank, taking every logged water change and your tap water nitrate into account. It shows the day nitrate reaches your limit, the share and volume to change that day, and which share keeps nitrate under the limit when you change every 7, 10 or 14 days.
Each tank has care tasks such as water change, testing and filter cleaning. "Today" lists what is overdue, due today and due in the next seven days. Reminders are local notifications; set their time in Settings.
One tank of your own is free with tests, target ranges, care tasks, reminders and 30 days of charts. The sample tank shows the full planner. "Tankday Full Access" is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: more tanks, the planner for your tanks, full history charts and CSV export. On another device: Settings, "Restore purchase".
Tankday has no account and no server. Tanks, tests, water changes and notes stay on your iPhone. Settings, "Export CSV" (Full Access) creates a spreadsheet file of all tests and water changes.
Tankday sends anonymous usage events without test values, tank names or notes. There is no account and no server for your data.
